针对数字平台在中国的迅速扩张，本文以阿里巴巴为例，反思西方平台化研究的 局限，质询本土语境如何塑造了中国的平台化进程。以小资本主义为本土语境的切入 点，本文搭建了一个集纳国家、中小企业、风险资本、平台运作机制的整合性框架， 用以分析阿里巴巴的进化史。本文提出，阿里巴巴瞄准并利用了小资本主义传统中国 家与中小企业的结构性张力，通过不断调整与国家、中小企业、风险资本、平台机制 的关系实现了平台扩张。强调语境化、历史化和多元力量的整合性框架打破了西方平 台研究的标准叙事，为平台研究提供了新的思路。

Digital platforms have expanded vastly in China. Taking Alibaba as an example, this article reflects the limitations of Western-centric platform studies and interrogates how platformization takes place in a Chinese context. To analyze the evolution process of Alibaba, it takes the local tradition of petty capitalism as an entry point and builds an integrated framework including the state, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), venture capitals, and platform mechanisms. Based on the structural tension between the state and SMEs, Alibaba has expanded greatly by changing its relationships with the state, SMEs, venture capitals, and platform mechanisms. The integrated framework, with emphases on contextualization, historicization, and the dynamics between actors, breaks the standardized narratives of Western-centric platform studies and contributes a new approach to platformization in nonWestern societies.
