本文借鉴数字鸿沟的研究框架，采用互联网接入、互联网信息使用、互联网投入 度等几个维度的数字鸿沟概念，借助调节效应模型探讨数字鸿沟对不同教育程度群体 癌症知识获取速度差异的影响。研究结果显示，仅在互联网投入度与癌症知识水平之 间存在正相关，互联网接入和健康信息使用均没有显著地正向影响癌症知识水平，但 互联网接入显著缩小了不同教育程度群体之间的癌症知识水平差异，其他两个数字鸿 沟变量的调节效应并不显著。上述结果仅部分支持了研究假设，这说明影响人们从互 联网上获取知识的因素是复杂而多元的，数字鸿沟的内涵也比较丰富，有待于后续研 究在这一新的领域继续探索。

This paper draws on the research framework of the digital divide and explores its effects on the speed of knowledge acquisition in different educated groups with the moderating effect model, adopting the digital divide concepts of Internet access, Internet health information usage, Internet engagement, etc. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between Internet engagement and cancer knowledge, while the other two digital divide variates do not signifcantly positively in?uence cancer knowledge. However, Internet access has signifcantly narrowed the cancer knowledge gap between the groups with different education levels: compared with high educated group, low educated group can also gain more knowledge by the Internet access. Moderating effect of the other two digital divide variables are not signifcant: individuals will not get more cancer knowledge from Internet health information because of high degree of internet engagement. The result only partially supports the research hypothesis, which shows that the factors affecting people’s access to knowledge from the Internet are complex and multiple, and that the profound connotation of the digital divide needs further research in the future.
