从代际关系的视角来探讨老年健康信息传播活动的研究往往聚焦于代际信息支持在 老年人健康信息获取活动中的正向作用，关注家庭中老年人对子代以及近亲属的信息依 赖。本文采用深度访谈的研究方法，从代际关系的视角出发来探讨老年人的健康信息回 避行为，对代际因素在老年人健康信息回避行为的发生、改变、补偿等方面的影响与作 用进行了探讨，并从中国传统家庭观念以及家庭信息地位变化等角度对老年人的健康信 息回避行为进行了讨论。

Positive in?uence of generational information support and information dependence of the old on their offspring are frequently talked about in previous research on health information acquisition of the old. This paper explores health information avoidance of the old from the perspective of generational relations. Generational influence on occurrence, alteration and compensation of the old’s health information avoidance behavior are probed into in the paper. Finally, the paper discusses health information avoidance behavior of the old from the perspectives of traditional Chinese family values and shift of information status among family members.
