本论文主要采用历史文献资料整理分析和深度访谈两种研究方法，将两岸动漫产业 发展与合作置于动漫产业全球价值链、两岸社会发展的大环境与实际参与者的亲身体验 结合起来进行综合考察。在动漫产业全球化生产网络发展演变中，大陆和台湾因各自要 素禀赋的差异、参与全球化的程度不同，形成了各自动漫产业发展的特点，并在两岸动 漫产业合作中，形成不同合作形式的演进。全球价值链下两岸动漫产业合作存在的各种 交易成本，既与全球动漫产业格局的变化有关，又与两岸关系的特殊性密切联系。

This paper tries to combine the macro-perspective analysis and individual experience by using literature review and in-depth interview. The research fnds that: in the development and evolution of the global production network in the animation industry.Mainland and Taiwan have formed their own animation industry characteristics because of the differences in their respective factor endowments and their participation in the process of globalization, and the evolution of Cross-Strait Cooperation in animation industry. Under global value chains, the various transaction costs of the cross-strait cooperation are not only related to the changes in the pattern of the global animation industry, but also closely related to the particularity of the cross-strait relations.
