“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的报道有新媒介技术亮点，也为高校的新闻人才培养提出了新议题。本文通过对“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛报道的调研和跟踪分析，结合近年来我国对外传播的媒体报道新特点，对新媒体技术下的视觉传播亮点进行综述，并结合VR新媒体团队和高校新闻人才培养，提出强化媒介素养的对策性建议。

News Reports of Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation enjoys a lot of highlights, and also put forward new issues for the journalism talent training. This article analyzes the new media report of Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, and summarizes the visual communication highlights under new media technology. And combining with the Virtual Reality and the cultivation of journalism talent at colleges and universities, this paper provides some suggestions on how to improve media literacy of the information service team.
