新闻评奖是新闻行业荣誉生产和分配机制。荣誉涉及到身份、认同和尊重等集体意识问题，因而有一定的共同体边界，形成不同的荣誉域。本文分析了当今新闻界不同荣誉域分立存在的现状，以及围绕中国新闻奖所形成“奖与罚”的差异化荣誉实践话语。在此基础上，作者探讨了官方荣誉生产对市场与专业新闻社群造成区隔、限制与排斥效应，加深新闻业价值疏离、人才流失和自我耗竭的困境。新闻评奖改革的目标应该致力于扩大对新闻社群的尊重和团结，建立基于“承认”的荣誉共同体。

News awarding is the mechanism of production and distribution of honor in journalism. Every honor has certain community boundary because of its distinctive collective consciousness including status, identifcation, respect, etc., so different honors necessarily form different honor worlds. This article analyzes the current situation of various honor worlds in Chinese journalism and differential discursive practices of “reward and punish” about “China News Award”. On this basis, the authors explore the effect of separation, restriction and rejection acted on the market and professional news community by the offcial mechanism of honor production. In addition, this effect deepens the dilemma of value alienation, brain drain and self-depletion in journalism. The reforming is supposed to expand respect and solidarity of the journalism professional community and establish an honor system based on “recognition”.
