新闻活动作为人们分享信息、观察世界、挖掘真相的一种理性社会活动，离不开论辩思维及论辩实践的参与，这在当前的网络社会表现得尤为突出。本文在回顾相关文献的基础上，从论辩理论研究的视域出发，结合语用论辩术的研究进路，将新闻活动纳入该研究框架进行观照。在此框架内，新闻活动被看作是新闻主体之间的一种批判性讨论，新闻活动中的传播主体和收受主体则分别被赋予了论辩“正方”和“反方”的不同角色和职能，并由此承担相应的论辩责任。文章认为，新闻真实的最终实现得益于新闻主体之间就新闻报道所展开的批判性讨论。

As a rational social activity of sharing information, observing the world and finding out the truth among human beings, journalistic activity is closely connected with argumentative thinking and practice, this is especially the case in present network society. On the basis of literature review, the paper studies journalism from the perspective of argumentation theory, to be specific, with the approach of pragma-dialectics. With this paradigm, the journalistic activity was taken as a critical discussion between journalistic subjects, and the propagating subjects as well as the receiving subjects included were seen as protagonists and antagonists respectively. What’s more, the accountabilities from both sides are strongly emphasized and certain rules are developed to be followed. The paper points out that the final realization of news authenticity benefits from critical discussions among journalistic subjects.
