政治传播论域中有很多的问题亟需哲学认识论和方法论的深度介入。单纯的政治学或单纯的传播学都无法准确地诠释政治传播。政治的“社会性”本质和祈愿与传播的 “社会性”生成，使“元态”的政治传播成为人类社会生活的重要组成部分。“历史” 意识强化了政治传播主体地位的功能，加强了政治传播内容行动指导力的有效性，是政治传播框架构建特殊、多元政治话语和论述体系的基础，也是政治传播客体进行现实政治实践的内在要求。揭示政治传播的历史性，是对政治传播主体、内容、框架及客体认识的深化，是政治传播理论研究创新的重要途径。

A number of issues in the field of political communication are currently waiting for the substantial answer from philosophy –based epistemology and mythology since neither politics nor communication can provide the all-around interpretation to them. The social essence and objectivity of politics and the social generation of communication create political communication as a crucial part in our life. The consciousness of history enhances the dominating position of the subject of political communication, strengthens the functionality of the contents, lays the foundation of constructing a narrative frame with the nature of plurality and stands as an inherent requirement of the object of political communication when they pursue practices. Therefore, analyzing the historicity of political communication is a new approach of understanding the nature of political communication and its theoretical development.
