政治沟通日常化指政府在日常形态下与公众进行相对微观、直接的交流的一种状态或趋势，或指政治信息传播重视日常生活表达与公共领域对话的某种动态交往过程。政治沟通日常化要求政治沟通双方互为主体，进行平等、真诚的对话，以达成对于公共事务的理解与共识, 共同实现公共领域的公共价值诉求；同时也要求政府的议程设置要贴近公众的日常生活、社会身份、职业满意度、生活幸福感等方面。公众政治参与“日常意识零碎化”是政治沟通发展的一个向度，有助于形成影响强大的“日常生活的政治”。
