随着社交媒体的崛起，媒介在被人们广泛使用的同时一定程度上反向驯化着人们的生活和生存方式，本文以北京地区的高校大学生为例，分析社交媒体使用对大学生拖延行为的影响机制，研究发现，社交媒体的依赖和使用的确对拖延行为有显著的正向影响，其中女性群体更为明显，受教育程度低的人群受影响程度越高，在此基础上探讨了人的媒介化和媒介的反向驯化等人的生存方式的影响。

With the developmentof social media, the media domesticate people's life and lifestyle reversely when they are used by people. Using the sample of college students in Beijing, this paper analyzes the impact of social media use on College Students' procrastination behavior. The study found, dependence and use of social media does have a significant positive impact on procrastination, especially for female and the lower educated.
