作为媒介技术的产物,网络围观的兴起极大地激发了人们对技术赋权的想象力。借 助福柯的全景敞视主义视角,本文认为网络围观本质上是利用了“圆形监狱”的权力机 制,通过携带权力的目光而造成被围观者的自我规训。不仅“理性围观”无法将被围观 者从精神的监禁中搭救出,“全民围观”还进一步的维护和巩固了现有的秩序。

As a product of media technology, the rise of network circusee has greatly inspired people’s imagination on technology empowering. With Foucault's panopticism perspective, this paper considers that the network circusee essentially reproduced the power dynamics of "panopticon". Those who be circuseed will finally be self-disciplined by the eyes of the power. Different from the traditional point of view, this paper argues that the "rational circusee" is not able to rescue the “be-circuseed” ones from the captivity of spirits. Through "national wide discipline", the circusee maintaine and consolidate the existing order.
