雷吉斯·德布雷（Régis Debray)是法国著名的哲学家和作家。自20世纪70年代末始，德布雷开始关注传播与媒介研究，致力于建构“媒介学”这一新学科，以求更新媒介观念，拓展媒介研究领域。他倡导回归传播的人文属性，探寻技术与文化的互动关系，积极思索和回应当前全球化语境下文化传承和文化多样共存问题，与芝加哥学派、媒介环境学派等形成呼应。本文对德布雷媒介思想的引介和讨论有利于扩大当前中国传播研究学术视野，在学科深度和社会发展上都具有建设性意义。

Régis Debray is a well-known French philosopher and writer. From the late 1980s, Régis Debray began to study communication and media and tried to construct a new subject “media studies” in order to renew media concepts and broaden its research fields. He advocates the humanities of communication, focuses the interaction between technology and culture, and reflects common problems of cultural heritage and coexistence, which echoes Chicago School and Media Ecology. Introducing Debray’s thoughts would broaden the research horizon of communication in China and also be constructive for both subject depth and social development.
