影视剧产业版权证券化融资模式是以影视剧版权为标的，销售在其预期现金收益流基础上形成的权利凭证进行融资的过程。我国的影视剧产业操作该模式，目前尚存在前期资产池建设中的估值风险、中期项目风险与后期收益风险，而要控制这些风险，主要需设立专业的第三方版权评估机构、建立有效的影视剧版权价值评估指标体系、构建多元化资产池对冲、成立完片保证公司、建立政府“专项基金”补偿机制以及打造完整的影视剧产业链。

Film and television copyright securitization financing mode is a process which object is the film and television copyright and then sales the document of title of expected cash income. There are still some problems in Chinese film and television copyright securitization financing mode, including the risk of inaccurate copyright evaluation, defective risk guarantee mechanism, and lack of benefit compensation. In order to control those risks, this article puts forward some countermeasures as follows: establishing the third party copyright assessment agencies and objective copyright evaluation index system, setting up diversified capital pool to hedge risk, developing insurance business for film and television industry, founding completion guarantee companies, building a mature and complete film and television industry chain, establishing the government "special fund" compensation mechanism and improving copyright trading platform.
