摘要

近年来医患暴力冲突成为媒体及社会关注的热点议题。作为公众理解外部世界的知 识,新闻对医患暴力冲突事件的建构影响公众对事件的感知。同时,互联网的发展以及 社交媒体的崛起搭建了医生、公众以及社会意见领袖参与事件传播,为新闻事件赋予意 义的社会网络,导致医患暴力冲突事件媒介呈现的复杂化及真相的不确定性。基于此, 本文以近年来发生的代表性医患暴力冲突事件为例,从知识社会学视角出发分析社交媒 体环境下医患暴力冲突的媒介呈现机制与困境,并尝试探讨未来发展路径。

Abstract

In recent years, doctor-patient conflicts have increasing been the focus of news coverage and public attention. As the kind of knowledge functioning for people knowing the world,the construction of doctor-patient conflicts in news influences on public perception about conflicts and even worsens doctor-patient relationship. Meanwhile, with the development of the internet and the rise in social media, doctors, the public and opinion leaders have access to participate in diffusion and interpretation of news, which complicates the dynamics of representing and blurs the truth of news events. Viewed from this angle, by analyzing these typical cases occurred in recent years, this article seeks to examine the mechanism and challenge of representing doctor- patient conflicts in news in the social media context from the perspective of Knowledge of Sociology and tries to explore the path for making news in future.
