记者道德,它的特点是由记者个体执行的新闻职业规范,并通过其“良心、良知” 反思进行和完成的约束。个体道德和群体道德(媒介道德是群体道德的一种)应该区分 开,虽然二者之间有联系,但如果不能正确认识二者间的差异,用个体道德去规范群体 行为,或反过来仅用群体道德要求个体,都可能造成道德的沦丧,更无助于解决社会问 题和消除社会不公正。我们目前倡导新闻伦理,但又面临的各种新闻伦理问题,主要原 因是没有看到这二者的区别。

Reporters’ morality, which is characterized by the journalistic morality performed by the reporters themselves, and constraints completed through the reflection of “conscience, intuitive knowledge”. Individual morality and group morality(media morality included in group morality) should be drawn a line even though there is a link between each other. If we regulate the behaviors of groups base on the standard of individual morality instead of understanding the differences between them, it could lead to moral decay, let alone social problems solving and social injustice eliminating, vice versa. The ignorance of distinguishing the two kinds of morals could be responsible for the dilemma we meet currently of journalism ethics advocating and a variety of journalism ethical issues.
