从2004年到2013年的10年间，台湾东森新闻台先后经历两位领导者，收视绩效从第二名变为最后一名，2013年又回升到第一名，与领导者风格有密切关联。本文从“情商理论”的领导风格，探讨东森新闻台领导者的差异，发现“远见型”“民主型”“关系型”领导风格，是收视绩效上升主要原因，“命令型”领导风格，是绩效落后的原因。

From 2004 to 2013, ETTV experienced two leaders, the ratings performance from the second into the last one, in 2013 and rose to first place, is associated with leadership style during the past 10 years. This paper use emotional intelligence leadership style to explore the differences ETTV leaders, found that visionary, democratic and affiliated leadership style is main reason for increase in performance ratings. Commanding leadership style is the reason behind the performance.
