本文选择体制外记者为研究对象，媒体机构怎样培养和规训他们？他们又怎样挑战媒体机构既定的行事规则和职业理念？本文认为，由于身份差异造成了职业升迁的“玻璃天花板”，体制外记者相比体制内记者更难对媒体机构形成归属感和忠诚感。部分体制外记者受强烈社会责任感和“成名的想象”所驱使，过分强调社会影响力，造成了一些“不专业”的做法出现。最终，体制外记者要么接受改造，要么离职转行，跟媒体机构的冲突，总是以他们放弃而结局。

With the research focus on “tizhiwai” (outside-the-system) journalists, this study attempts to understand how media organizations discipline and domesticate them and how they challenge established media routines. Due to the identity difference, it is comparatively uneasy for tizhiwai journalists to cultivate loyalty to media organizations. With the eager for social influence, some of tizhiwai journalists result in unprofessional activities and have to leave media organizations or surrender to accept the domestication.
