当代媒介环境是指以报纸、电视为载体，以官方新闻、民生新闻为核心的传统媒体，向以微博为代表的社交媒体的进化和共生。这一环境为各种社会行为提供了大背景，包括媒介本身在舆论监督中的权力制约与权力实现，以及监督主体与监督客体的权力博弈。“主体（权力行使）→客体（权力指向）→效果（权力作用）”是一种立体分析路径，通过这一路径，可以观察在技术进步的背景下，舆论监督权力嬗变的多元视角，并在此基础上寻找实现舆论效率、权力平衡与监督规范的方法，建构理性化“媒介分权”的权力格局。

In contemporary media environment, traditional news media and social media co-exists. The traditional news media like newspaper and television, take official news and civic news as main content, is experiencing a power transmutation. The transmutation includes the power limitation and realization in the public opinion supervision, and also the power game between supervision subjects and supervision objects. The analysis path from subjects to objects and effects will help us to observe the multiple power transmutation of public opinion supervision. Based on the observation, we will find the way of realizing supervision efficiency, balancing supervision power and regulating supervision behavior. Then we can build a rational pattern for the separation of media supervision power.
