Engels’s article “the Neue Rheinische Zeitung” was written in 1884. In this paper, Engels summed up the publishing environment, political policy and strategy about the Neue Rheinische Zeitung. Through the research and analysis, this paper concluded that Engels mainly discussed two viewpoints: one is to implement the program and strategy of the party; the other is to adhere to the proletarian party interests.
