本文考察俄罗斯社会化媒体的发展及其对新闻生产的影响，兼论俄罗斯业界及学界关于社会化媒体在新闻工作中作用的认识。近年来，俄罗斯社会化媒体呈现迅猛发展的势头。目前，俄罗斯社会化媒体已经对新闻生产产生了实质性的影响：社会化媒体不仅成为大量消息的来源，由用户生产的内容也越来越多地被传统媒体所采用，此外，社会化媒体的广泛普及还重构了新闻记者搜集和加工信息的过程。目前，俄罗斯业界及学界人士关于社会化媒体的普遍看法是，社会化媒体与传统媒体的融合已成趋势，但二者之间并非是竞争关系。在新的传播环境下，职业记者与专业媒体仍然具有不可替代的作用。

The paper analyzes the development of Russian social media and its application in news production and explores how the Russian news industry and academic circle perceive the role of social media in journalism. In recent years, Russian social media are gaining momentum and have exerted substantial influence on news production: on one hand, social media have become the source of massive news; on the other hand, user generatedcontent is being increasingly adopted by traditional media. In addition, the popularization of social media also reconstructsthe process of information gathering and processing. At present, in Russian news industry and academic circle, it has become a consensus that social media and traditional media are inclined to converge,while the two don’t compete with each other. In the new communication environment, professional journalist and news media still have irreplaceable effect.
