过往的新闻学研究惯于从“事件史”或社会脉络变迁的角度，探究新闻研究意涵的演进。 本文尝试从学术史的角度，以“社区传播”概念在台湾地区传播研究社群的建构与转变过程为 基础，追溯台湾过去六十年间“社区传播”观念演变的四个发展阶段，进而揭示出“社区”概念 在台湾地区新闻实践和学术社群中的发展乃是理解台湾地区新闻价值意涵变迁的重要取径之 一。

Different from the angle of event history or changes in social contexts in journalism study, this paper is based on the process of construction and transition of the concept “community communication” in the field of Taiwan’s communication research community. This paper tries to summarize the four stages of development of the concept “community communication”, and concludes that the concept of community in Taiwan’s communication research community can be a feasible approach to understand the evolution of news values in Taiwan.
