以上海地区5家网站的新闻从业者为研究对象，以利益冲突中的“免费馈赠”和“兼职”为 例，考察了网络新闻从业者的职业伦理。通过全样本的调查后发现：网络新闻从业者对“兼职” 较宽容，对“免费馈赠”相对保守；网络新闻从业者对新闻伦理的态度和认知有较大的差距； “态度/认知差距”在“免费馈赠”方面较大，“兼职”方面较小；媒体网站从业者的“态度/认 知差距”大于其他从业者；对市场化态度、工作满意度是影响从业者对“利益冲突”态度的主要 因素，专业背景、传统媒体经历也在一定范围内影响从业者伦理水平。

Based on a survey of all the journalists working in five web sites in Shanghai, the paper analyzes the professional ethics of journalists in web site, taking conflicts of interest such as freebies and moonlighting for example. It shows that moonlighting is more acceptable than freebies, and there is a large gap between attitude and cognition of journalistic ethics, especially of freebies and among the journalists working in the media web site. The attitude towards conflicts of interest is mainly influenced by such factors as the followings: attitude towards marketization and job satisfaction. Professional background, working experience in traditional media also affect the ethical standards in certain fields.
