弘报处是日本占领东北期间设在伪满洲国的新闻宣传监管机构。在东北沦陷的十四年中，它
严密监控着东北的新闻传媒，对殖民地民众进行奴化思想灌输，是日本在殖民地进行奴化宣传的缩
影和中枢。长期以来，国内学界对于伪满弘报处的研究一直尚付阙如，该机构如何设立？如何行使
职能？又是通过何种方式对国人进行舆论控制？这些问题学界尚语焉不详。笔者以弘报处官方刊物
《弘宣》为史料，从中管窥弘报处对东北新闻舆论的钳制，并揭示其政治传播的技巧与策略。

Publicity Office was a colonial authority that Japan supervised the northeast journalism in the
Period of Puppet Manchuria. The Agency with the intense organization and the detailed division, targeted
at making colonial culture indoctrination and propaganda of enslavement to the local population in the
period of occupation of northeast area. The author studies the establishment of Publicity Office and its
intervention on journalism, as well as explores its essence and harm.
