中国封建社会持续两千多年，形成了有别于其他封建统治的制度文化。其中在社会的思想传播
方面，统治阶级严加控制，建立了一套完整的封建言论专制制度。本文从传播学视域探讨这一制度
的思想源流、形成过程，着重论述儒家、墨家、法家的言论传播思想对封建言论专制制度建构的影
响。

With a history of 2000 years, China's feudal society was distinct from the other feudal hierarchy.
The and established a completed feudal autocratic system. This paper studies on its ideological origins
and formation from the perspective of communication, and especially analyses the thoughts of Confucian,
Mohist and Legalist’s impact on the construction of feudal autocracy of speech.
