Rheinische Zeitung Trials”
本文对马克思和恩格斯在审理《新莱茵报》诉讼案的陪审法庭的发言（以“《新莱茵报》审
判案”为标题收入《马克思恩格斯全集》）进行考证。在分析马克思和恩格斯法律思想的同时，对
马克思和恩格斯新闻出版自由思想的一贯性进行了论述，以原著为依据解释了自由报刊的本质。
This article analyses the speech of Marx and Engels on the “Neue Rheinische Zeitung” trials. It
dissects the legal ideology of Marx and Engels, and discusses the consistency of Marx and Engels’ thought
of the freedom of the press. Based on original interpretation of the essence of a free press, it explores the
reform of China news must follow Marxist thought guidelines.
