列宁在论述党报的重要文章《论我们报纸的性质》中，沿承了党报服务于政 治、进行社会教育、群众是报纸的基础等报刊思想，发展了公开报道的报刊思想， 但在共产主义实验背景下，列宁附加给党报额外的作用，使党报的职能发生了畸 变。本文以文章写作社会历史背景和列宁相关著作为考证基础，总结和分析了列宁 的报刊思想，揭示了文章的出处和历史局限性，提出列宁报刊思想的应该准确界定 为“列宁的政治报刊或党报思想”的主张。

Lenin’s thoughts on paper, such as paper serving the politics, social education function, the public being the paper’s foundation was embedded in “On the nature of Our Newspaper”, and moreover, ideas of public report was propelled. Nevertheless, the function of Party’s paper was distorted due to additional effects added by Lenin in the context of “Wartime Communism”. This article summarizes Lenin’s ideas on newspaper, reveals the source of this article and historical limitations, and suggests that Lenin’s thoughts on paper should be accurately defined as "Lenin's political press or party paper’s thoughts”.
