信息化的突破性进展拓展了人类的生存空间，将人们带入了三元空间时代，即相互 交织与转换的“物理空间-社会空间-网络空间”时代，邻避运动在三元空间中形成的 政治场域打破了原有的域空间配置与行为惯性。本文以场域理论为视角运用三元空间模 型，从传播学的角度对发生在珠三角X镇的危废中心建设引起的邻避运动进行了分析。 这一运动发端于社会空间，在较短的时间内转至网络空间并形成政治场域，引发群体情 绪极化，基于社交媒体的信息阶流也由本土走向境外，抗议行动及其场域迅速转移到线 下的物理空间。在空间转换过程中，当地居民、利益集团与党委政府在不同的空间场域 中运用自己的资源和行动剧目进行博弈，以争取更大的空间容量和占优行为。三元空间 模型为邻避项目舆论治理提供了新的视域，就有效推动邻避项目而言，各级政府平时应 注意对三个空间的维护，关注群体的动向及其在三个空间之间的转换，加强政府与群体 的联络，增强政府对社会资本的积累与应用。

The breakthrough of informatization expands the living space of human beings and brings people into the era of ternary space, that is, the era of "physical space-social space-cyberspace". The political field that is formed by NIMBY movement in the ternary space breaks the original domain space configuration and behavioral inertia. This paper uses the ternary space model from the perspective of field theory to analyze the NIMBY movement caused by the construction of the hazardous and solid waste disposal center in the X town of the Pearl River Delta. This movement originated in the social space, and in a short period of time, it turned to cyberspace and formed a political field, which triggered the polarization of group emotions. The information cascade also went from the local to the outside, and the protesters quickly moved to the offline physical space. In the process of space conversion, the local residents, the interest groups and the party committees use their own resources and action repertoires in different spatial fields to compete for greater space capacity and dominant behavior. The ternary space model provides a new perspective for the governance of NIMBY projects. To effectively promote the NIMBY projects, the governments and the corporations should examine the maintenance of the three spaces, the movement of the groups and their transition among the three spaces. Additionally, the governments should strengthen the liaison with the groups, and enhance the governments’ accumulation and application of social capital.
