对我国而言，对外新闻传播主要指将汉语世界的新闻内容传播到以外语为载体的全球话语体系中。对外传播时，新闻信息跨越的不仅是地缘文化决定的“话语内容”共同体，还跨越了语言决定的“文字符号”共同体。在此，无论是跨语言还是跨文化都要通 过“话语图示”的转换来实现的。因此，规约对外新闻传播文本书写的“话语图示”值得深究。“话语图示”既规约宏观、历时的新闻书写，又指导微观、共时的书写。本文 基于梵·迪克在《作为话语的新闻》中提出的“新闻图示”概念，发展出“新闻话语图 示”概念，并阐发其所蕴含的双重书写维度，进而提出改进和完善涉外新闻文本书写的 建议，以期提升我国对外新闻传播的效果。

 Global discourse is loaded asymmetrically on English language. For China’s external media, information communicates not only across different geo-cultural communities, but also across different linguistic communities. This dual nature calls for a switch of “discourse schemata”. To be effective in external communication, the “discourse schemata” should involve dual dimensions, instructive for both macro news discourse writing and micro discourse writing. Three decades ago, in News as Discourse, Van Dijk has proposed a similar dual-dimension research perspective, but regretfully his initiation left unechoed. Integrating with more recent advancements, this paper revisits his envision and proposes a new “discourse schemata” approach in the hope of an interdisciplinary breakthrough for the impending external communication appeal.
