世界主义和民族主义在构建跨文化传播伦理时是经常被援用的两个理论。本文结合 既有文献，梳理了两者以及依照它们构建的底线伦理思想在跨文化传播中的正当性基 础、基本诉求以及所面临的质疑与批评等。为了走出世界主义与民族主义理论冲突造 成的跨文化传播伦理困境，文章从全球化对文化身份造成冲击的视角出发，揭示世界主 义和民族主义概念所具有的流动性，致力于以一种“传播”的视角来重新审视二者在全 球化状态下的精神内核及其有效性范围，并以此构建一套全球化背景下的跨文化传播伦 理。本文提倡将世界主义视作一种主体间的“理解-合作”原则，将民族主义视作一种 “情感关怀”，并在此基础上重构一套底线伦理准则对跨文化传播参与主体所提出次序 性与程序性要求，倡导在拥抱世界主义精神的基础上保障对民族同胞的情感关怀。

Two theories that are often invoked by cosmopolitanism and nationalism in constructing the ethics of cross-cultural communication. Based on the existing literature, this paper sorts out the legitimacy basis, basic demands, doubts and criticisms in the cross-culture communication of the two, and the bottom line ethical thoughts constructed according to them. To get out of the cross-cultural communication of ethical dilemma caused by the cosmopolitanism and nationalism theory conflicts , the article from the angle of the impact of globalization on cultural identity revealed cosmopolitanism and nationalism concept of liquidity, committed to a "spread" angle of view to re-examine the cosmopolitanism and nationalism under the condition of globalization the spirit of the kernel and its scope of validity to build a set of globalization under the background of cross-cultural communication ethics. This article advocates the world socialism as a main body between the principle of “understanding and cooperation”, the nationalism as an “emotional care” of the spirit, and on the basis of reconstructing a base line of ethics of the spread of the global order and procedural participation main body bring forward, advocacy in embracing the world socialist spiritual emotion to our compatriots on the basis of the protection of national concern.
