The paper analyzes the privacy policies of seven websites in the following five levels, the place and the title of the privacy policy, the information collecting and storing, the information using and sharing, users’ rights, and juveniles’ privacy protecting, we find to find that the framework and content of privacy policy now is better than that of 10 years ago but the details are still quite superficial and that some websites pay little or no attention to the privacy policy with some obvious mistakes in it. Websites use the privacy policy to protect their own benefits instead of their users’rights.
