This thesis focuses on the pollution discharge event of Yunnan Double Gallery Inn to inquire into the discourse practice of different stakeholders in Yunnan national ecological regions through field investigation. The result shows that the discourse practice of multiple subjects is based on their correlation, media resources, social identity and basic value proposition. As opinion leaders, intellectuals’ and media’s discourses are the most influential. In addition, the local government plays an almighty role in public events. As for the indigenous inhabitants, they are used to relying on others to express their own thoughts and value appeals. The discourse practice of business enterprises is mainly based on the logic framework of public relations crisis management.
