在我国社会转型时期，记者不仅仅是“道德人”或“经济人”，而是同时具有这两 种属性的“理性人”。记者的寻租行为涉及的主体包括记者、监管者、行贿者、同行等 不同行为主体，构成不同的寻租场景。本研究试图通过博弈建模和求均衡解，对不同场 景的记者寻租行为进行分析，发现监管场景与寻租生成、报道场景与寻租频发、行业场 景与寻租扩散的机制，并提出遏制记者寻租行为的微观路径和宏观设想。

In the transformational period of China, a reporter is a rational man with both characteristics of a moral man and an economic man. In reporters’ rent-seeking, there are different scenes in which reporters, regulators, bribers and counterparts are involved. This research tries to analyze reporters’ rent-seeking with game theory, and finds the rent-seeking mechanism in the scene of regulating, reporting, and industry.
