本文分析和比较了科学传播、风险传播与健康传播这三个领域在西方学术界的理论脉络、主要范式、最新进展及社会现实和学术研究之间的互动，并简要回顾了其在中国的发展情况。研究发现，尽管这三个领域彼此相关并在研究议题上有相当的重叠，但它们都有自己特定的理论传统和学术路径。了解这些异同对于我国传播学界吸收、消化和依据国情发展相关理论与实务都非常重要。最后，本文探讨了我国传播学研究在这些领域亟待开展的议题和可能的理论突破。

In this paper, we analyze and compare the theoretical context, representative research paradigms, new trends and the interaction between theory and practice in the field of science communication, risk communication and health communication, with a brief review of Chinese research status. We conclude that these areas have their unique theoretical tradition and research themes, although they are closely related to each other and have significant overlap in their research subjects. Understanding the similarity and difference can help Chinese communication scholarship better accept, absorb, and develop science communication, risk communication and health communication in accordance with local situation. Finally, we highlight the issues and topics in science, risk and health communications that is in urgent need of research and pinpoint the possible theoretical breakthroughs Chinese communication scholars can make.
