Abstract

What this paper discusses is Lenin’s two concepts: “Party Principle of Party Literature”and “unity of action, freedom of discussion and criticism”. Corresponding to the former, the latter is the principle of intra-party communication which Lenin proposed and practiced. They are two sides of the same issue and have universal signifcance. Lenin was a great revolutionary mentor but also an ordinary. Constrained by the specifc faction within the Party at that time, he could partly follow double standards under the impact of the interests of the faction and the environment when he implemented the above-mentioned principles. However, it was also clear that his consciousness of trying to think within the Party's legal norms. This point should be viewed historically. Beyond that, although the Party Congress had already confrmed the central leadership organ and the central editorial office, Lenin additionally established the Bolshevik Central Committee and the editorial department of the central party newspaper of the same faction during the construction and development of the Russian Party. The historical reason is the initial lack of Party regulation awareness among the factions which cannot be imitated.
