The main core concepts of Marxist view of journalism in current China are constituted by party principle concept, people-centered concept, journalism regularity concept and public opinion guide concept. Journalism regularity concept plays the basic role in the concept structure. The basic concept is the fundamental concept in the concept structure, and it is a starting point or cornerstone of the other concepts. Journalism regularity is the intrinsic connection and stable mechanism in the journalism activity, and journalism regularity concept is the consciousness of the journalism regularity. The essence of journalism regularity concept is the concept which consider news as the own department. For the occupation journalism activity, regularity concept can be expressed as professional journalism concept. To be more specific, it means that the media must obey professional spirits and ethics, the media must produce and communicate news according to the professional principles and professional methods. In a broader sense, journalism regularity concept requires all the news subjects to admit and respect journalism regularity, to practice based on the journalism regularity, and discover the journalism regularity. All the purpose that expected to achieve through news must be based on the basic purpose and functions of news activity.
