Abstract

Since the founding of New China 70 years ago, great progress has been made by journalism and communication in terms of researches, teaching, practicing and discipline construction, which is closely related to the translation, introduction and publication of foreign journalism and communication books. Over the past 70 years, thousands of foreign journalism and communication books that introduced by China have become an important resource for the dissemination and accumulation of knowledge about journalism and communication in China, and have huge in?uence on knowledge production and "creative transformation" in the feld of journalism and communication in China. At present, it is still necessary to translate and introduce foreign journalism and communication books, but Chinese journalism and communication should shift their focus to forming a discourse system of journalism and communication with Chinese characteristics, Chinese style and Chinese manner in China, and go abroad to exchange and have dialogues with our international counterparts on an equal footing and to construct discourse power and discourse right in the international journalism and communication through "Knowledge Circulation".
