Media Communication between China and Russia: the Power of Cooperation
With the appearance of post-modernity of international society, realization and struggle for country’s interest don’t rely on violence like the past, but the discourse has become an important resource of power. When the voice reflects social reality through text, what produces at the same time is a set of meaning system, attempting to create regularity in this world. Media between China and Russia forms a regenerative cooperation group, which has been a collective resource that can be used in polity and be a reintegration of international voice. Cooperation between the two sides seems to be their common choice, but also the indirect choice of structural forces of the international community. Exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia in various fields such as media, economy and military is just the transformation of power resources (including relevant resources to soft and hard power) and power action (including that related to soft and hard power), the result of their soft power and hard power, which is also the core driving force of their cooperation.
