Journalistic code of professional ethics plays a major role in shaping professional ideas and implementing the related governance system. The construction of China's news ethical community has its realistic urgency and academic basis. Both morality and moral community are proved by interpretation. The moral interpretation should be appropriate and moderate. The opposing view of “appropriate interpretation” is “peremptory interpretation”. From the traditional and realistic point of view, China News Workers' Code of Professional Ethics has distinguishing features of forced interpretation.
