Media cooperation in One Belt and One Road within the Context of Global Governance: Theories, Frames and Approaches
Construction of the Belt and Road is an active trial about international cooperation and new patterns of global governance. Therefore, media cooperation in the Belt and Road should be considered within the frame of Global Governance, and the core problem of this thesis is just that how to implement the media cooperation under the Global Governance. Through literature review about the theory of Global Governance and Global Media Governance, this article attempts to construct media cooperation frames and approaches of the Belt and Road in terms of subject, form, enforcement and the evaluation of performance. It not only can criticize and analyze the reality, but also can conceive and evaluate the cooperation in the future. It is an attempt to combine empirical research and critical research.
