Abstract

Political civilization is the sum of the positive elements of venerable political cultures emanate from ethics and countries all over the world. It is displayed through sorts of carriers and represents in human’s political lives. Due to the opposition of ideologies, the hierarchy of political values and the nationality of political cultures, the communication and convergence of political civilization appear in international political communication cannot be reached without a “resonant mechanism”. A resonant in communication is not only the path that pushes the particularity and nationality of political civilization ahead into universality and essential human nature, but also the way in which the universal political values develops from experiential ones. Therefore, sticking with a resonant mechanism in international political communication is the key of dispelling the conflict between “human common destiny” and “other countries’ specialty” in political development. Consequently, the basic strategy of China’s international political communication should focus on spreading a universal idea as “human common destiny” that refined and decorated by “China dream”, which is, our own political experience. On the other hand, the universal value of “One Belt and One Road” strategy based on “human common destiny” should also be carried out in a more Chinese way. Only in these two ways will the great political endeavors of “China dream” and “One Belt and One Road” become a sort of political civilization and shared in the world.
