Abstract

The birth and the popularization of Internet provide a new discourse practice platform for Chinese citizens. The Internet discourse practice encourages citizens to express their opinions and to take part in the deliberation and administration of state affairs, but also appears many non rational discourses which disturb the social stability and the basic rights of other members of the society. Therefore, our country has promulgated many laws and regulations to regulate the Internet discourse practice. Through textual analysis the existing laws and regulations which are directly related to the Internet discourse practice in our country, the article will find the problems of them and put forward legislative suggestions.
