Abstract

  The State of Bureaucracy is the watershed between the Modern Society and the Ancient Society, and it is the condition of modern things existence, such as the modern ethics, the market economy and the welfare state, etc. But there is a crisis in the Ideal type of Bureaucracy, that is separate between System and Lebenswelt from the Habermas’ view. Therefore Habermas put forward the Public Sphere theory to solve the crisis. However, he think the public sphere will be destroyed in the state socialization. This paper will analyses his theory, and we will reveal the blindspot in Habermas’ idea. From the relation of Capitalism, the mass media and the state, the proper analysis of Public Sphere Theory will be given.
