Abstract

The year 2014 is the 20 anniversary of Chinese access to the Internet. With the Internet growth, characteristics of domestic network public opinion has changed a lot. Through contrasting three large-scale public opinion focus of the “Zhu Ling Case”, which provides us a sample of control variables in scientific experiments, This paper generalizes the changes of domestic network public opinion in agenda setting, mode of transmission, roles of Internet users and point distribution and analyses it from the two aspects of social factors and technical factors are. On this basis, the gradually forming of domestic network society and community culture and the development trend of relatively independent is reflected, and the network public opinion in the future which tends to rationality also relies on active network community culture influence and guide.
