Abstract

One way of how the Internet changing social structure is to reconstruct the public life in electronic writing. Based on the theoretical thinking of online talks mediated by “We Chat” (a Chinese mobile social software ), the article argues that electronic writing helps to burn out public relations in Chinese Shuren circle (everyday acquaintance networks). “We Chat” contributes to develop equal interactions by showing specific aspects of users’ self which may be depressed in face to face communications. The author assesses that this change could promote another path of forming of political public sphere apart from strangers online interactions.
