Abstract

At present, the distribution of benefits  between search engines and media is out of  balance.  How to deal with the relationship between the interests  of       them has always been a  complicated problem. From the view of balance  of  interests in copyright law, this paper systematically analyzed the protection and limitation of the media’s internet copyright. The study also discriminated the respective different legal liability of  general links, deep links, frame link,       snapshot, news title, and a few lines of  text search results  provided  to draw a clear boundary between infringement and no infringement.
