'On the Young China’is a dynamic rhetorical article created by Liang Qi-chao.This lifesome image was widespread in modern China,because it was propitious to hearten Chinese con?dence in prospect of their own country. Studying the thinking sources of Liang Qi-chao, the author argues that the understructure of the creative rhetoric ‘Young China’ was a popular western theory   of State   - the Theory of National Organism-in Liang’s age. Based on those results, the author also explores the mechanism by which creative words have been created and spread.
