Abstract

 This article is a brief review of the academic studies of China’s journalism and communication in 2013, covering general discussions, and specific researches on different aspects, such as journalism theory, journalism practice, communication theory, and history of journalism and communication. It concludes that, the research of China’s journalism and communication is stabile as a whole, and lacks of great progress in 2013 for some reason of circumstance. Nonetheless, it reaches a profound extent on journalism   practice,   and new achievements   are scored in history of journalism and communication.
