Abstract

By generalizing and analyzing the studies on China’s communication law in 2013, this article shows that homogenizing phenomenon has been cast off among the studies on the relationship between media and justice in previous years,corresponding results have been achieved in theoretical research, empirical analysis and case study, more attention has been shown to intellectual property rights at the macro level in the studies on communication rights, and the studies on legal regulation of new media have once again become the focus of this ?eld
