Abstract
On December 3, 1935, the Pingjin authorities forbid Ta Kung Pao to sell in Tianjin Chinese governed area, and forbid it to deliver in the outside area of Tianjin since December 4, 1935. Not until December 12, 1935, the authorities lifted the prohibition. The direct cause of the punishment was that an article named “Don't split the country” published on Ta Kung Pao on December 3, 1935. But the deep cause was accumulated rancor between Ta Kung Pao and the Pingjin authorities.
