On the Construction Way of Network Culture Based on the Relevant Attributes of the Internet
Since it has been built up based on the Internet, network culture is inevitably influenced by many attributes of the Internet. So this can be a cut-in point of the network culture construction. This paper argues that the Internet has three main “relevant” attributes, namely connection with technology, alliance with capital and interlacement with reality, which determine the feasible way of network culture construction: emphasizing on the "internal" effect of Internet culture, strengthening the management of network cultural products and promoting the media literacy of netizens.
